Our Time The Show for Mental Health on Congleton Radio

Congleton Radio are pleased to announce that the Founder of the Mental Health Group, Nailed It Stronger Together Gaz Lewis will be presenting a brand new show about mental health soon on Congleton Radio, to go with our other mental health shows Board Games for Mental Health, Mental Well-being With Music and all our mental health documentaries.

Gaz became a town hero when he set up the group to tackle mental health problems and poverty problems in his community.

Also before the pandemic hit, Gaz and a small team were providing food parcels for people in need. The community has always been important to Gaz and we are proud to share the same ethos as him.
